Proposed welfare benefits

Protection that honours service

The Foundation intends to pursue health insurance coverage of up to ₹8 lakh under a Central Government health insurance scheme, and compensation of ₹15 lakh in the event of accidental death, alongside recognition of skill-based qualifications and emergency public service support.

These are proposed benefits, not guaranteed coverage. Implementation is subject to confirmation of insurance products, eligibility criteria, policy terms, funding arrangements and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

These benefits are intended for individuals who regularly use the Your Seyva Provider App, subject to applicable eligibility criteria, insurance policy terms and the Foundation’s established rules. Family compensation aims to help affected families recover financially and rebuild their lives.

A sustainable welfare model

  • Annual insurance premiums: Skill Tec India Pvt. Ltd. proposes paying premiums for eligible Provider App users, subject to agreed funding arrangements and insurance eligibility requirements.
  • Booking contribution: Customers using the Your Seyva App will pay ₹15 for each booking. A portion of this fee is intended to be transferred to a dedicated Foundation welfare fund.
  • Long-term welfare: The fund will support annual insurance premiums for eligible registered service providers.
  • Partnerships: Contributions from like-minded organisations, institutions and individuals will help address funding challenges and support sustainability.

An inclusive people’s network

Participation is voluntary and personal. Skilled providers can assist neighbours in everyday situations and emergencies within their skills and capabilities, coordinating with authorised agencies where appropriate.

The network is caste-neutral, religion-neutral and politically neutral: a non-political community service and civil defence support network operating within the Constitution and applicable laws. Its vision is national unity, peaceful coexistence and assistance that spreads from person to person and community to community.

What we hope to make possible

Reduced unemployment, immediate access to local skilled services, stronger financial protection for families and nationwide participation in community welfare.

Your time. Your skills. Your seva.

Every contribution can help build a stronger community.
